Through this Site, we publish articles and resources, accept inquiries from prospective clients, and offer a client portal for active clients. This Site does not offer a software subscription product, and using this Site does not, by itself, create a consulting engagement.

5. Consulting Engagements

Any paid consulting engagement with Kunateh Impact is governed exclusively by a separate, signed agreement between Kunateh Impact and the client. These website Terms of Service do not include, and should not be read to include, any consulting fees, payment schedules, refund terms, subscription terms, or other contractual service obligations — those are set out only in that separate signed agreement.

Upon termination, your right to use the client portal will cease immediately. Termination of portal access does not, by itself, affect any separate engagement agreement you may have with us.

As a proposed governing law, subject to attorney review and not yet a finalized legal determination, these Terms and your use of this website are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

This proposed Indiana governing law does not override, and is not intended to override, any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your own US state or under Canadian law. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
